How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
Most products are shipped within 5 to 7 business days. During periods of high demand please allow up to 10 business days for your packaged to be processed and shipped. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday -Friday. Different factors can affect shipping times. Please know though that we work hard to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and you will receive a tracking number.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will receive a tracking number via email when you order has shipped.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
An order can be canceled within 24 hours. You are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order get in touch with us using our contact form. We will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.
What if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?
Please email us at customerservice@dipherentlabel.com within 7 days if you received a wrong item or if your items are damaged. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), along with any details you can provide. Please know our aim is to help resolve the issue quickly so we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How To Return My Items?
We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Please review your sizing and colors before completing your purchase. For majority of the clothing, size dimensions are listed. Please measure accordingly.
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days with the original tags in place and we will either offer an exchange or refund. Contact our customer service team by emailing us at customerservice@dipherentlabel.com or via the contact form quoting your order number.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Dipherent Label accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
i would like to exchange the size, how do i do this?
Our exchange policy last 14 business days after delivery date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Exchanges are not processed until we receive the item(s) back and they are in good condition. Email our customer service department at customerservice@dipherentlabel.com
